Professional Goals

Immediate Goals:

• Successfully graduate and obtain my Masters in Science of Nutrition & Dietetics from Bastyr University
• Obtain a challenging and rewarding Dietetic Internship
• Pass the RD exam
• Continue to stay actively involved in the dietetic community through diverse leadership roles

Future Goals:

• Job placement as an inpatient NICU and maternal dietitian that will allow me to gain experience and expand my skill set
• Supplement my nutrition knowledge by obtaining my Board Certification as a Lactation Consultant
• In time, obtain a managerial role where I would have the opportunity to build a meaningful, life-long career in dietetics
• Stay active in my dietetic community and professional organizations in hope to aid in policy and positive change
